This Privacy Policy explains how our drawing and coloring application ("App") handles information. This App is designed for children and complies with Apple's Kids Category guidelines. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information or device information.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect any of the following information:

Account Information:

  • No email addresses
  • No passwords
  • No account creation or user registration

Personal Information:

  • No names, ages, or personal details
  • No location data
  • No contact information

Device Information:

  • No device identifiers (including IDFA on iOS, Android Advertising ID, or any other advertising or device identifiers)
  • No device type or operating system information sent to us or to third parties for tracking

Usage Information:

  • No usage statistics
  • No app interaction data
  • No analytics or tracking data

Health Information:

  • No health data (this App is for drawing and coloring only)

2. How We Use Information (Local Storage Only)

Local Device Storage:

  • Drawings and artwork are stored locally on your device only.
  • No drawings are transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.
  • You can delete drawings at any time through the App's gallery feature.

No Data Collection:

  • We do not collect any information from users.
  • We do not use any information for tracking, advertising personalization, or any other purpose.

3. Age-Appropriate Contextual Advertising

Single Third-Party Ad Service: This App uses only Google AdMob for contextual advertising. We do not use other ad networks or mediation in this Kids Category app.

How We Configure Ads for Children:

  • Child-directed treatment: All ad requests are tagged for child-directed treatment so that Google serves only age-appropriate ads and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS) for tracking in our app.
  • Maximum ad content rating: We set the maximum ad content rating to G (General audiences only) so only G-rated ads may be shown.
  • Under age of consent: We tag ad requests for users under the age of consent so that no advertising ID is used for tracking.
  • No tracking: We do not collect or use device identifiers for tracking. Your drawings and artwork are never shared with AdMob or used for advertising.

Google’s Publicly Documented Practices and Policies:

Google AdMob has publicly documented practices and policies for child-directed and family apps, including:

  • How the advertising ID is not transmitted when ad requests are tagged for child-directed treatment (including on iOS when using the required SDK version).
  • How maximum ad content rating (G only for child-directed apps) is applied.
  • How ads and creatives are reviewed for policy compliance and age appropriateness.

4. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage Only:

  • All drawings and artwork are stored locally on your device.
  • No drawings or other user data are transmitted to our servers, stored in the cloud, or stored by third parties on our behalf.

Security:

  • Drawings are stored using standard device storage. You have full control over your drawings and can delete them at any time through the App.

No Data Transmission for Tracking or Identification:

  • We do not transmit personally identifiable information or device identifiers to third parties. The only data that may be sent in connection with the App is what is strictly necessary for AdMob to serve contextual, non-personalized ads in accordance with the child-directed and G-rated settings described above (and in line with Google’s publicly documented policies linked in Section 3).

5. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob:

  • We use only Google AdMob to display age-appropriate contextual advertisements in this App.
  • AdMob is configured for child-directed treatment and Kids Category compliance (no device identifier collection for tracking, no user tracking, G-rated content only).
  • AdMob’s practices for child-directed apps and ad review are publicly documented; see the links in Section 3.

No Other Third-Party Services for Analytics or Tracking:

  • We do not use any analytics services.
  • We do not use any tracking services or other data collection services.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Because we do not collect personal information:

  • There is no personal data held by us to access, modify, delete, or export.

Your Drawings:

  • All drawings are stored only on your device. You can delete them at any time through the App. Drawings are not transmitted or shared by us.

Tracking:

  • We do not track users. No tracking opt-out is needed because we do not track.

7. Data Retention

No Data Collection:

  • We do not collect data, so we do not retain any user data.

Local Drawings:

  • Drawings on your device remain until you delete them. Deleted drawings are permanently removed from your device.

8. Children’s Privacy

This App is Designed for Children:

  • This App is designed for children and complies with Apple’s Kids Category guidelines.
  • We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
  • No registration or account creation is required. No personal information is collected from children or adults.
  • All advertising is age-appropriate and configured for child-directed use as described in Section 3.

Compliance:

  • We comply with Apple App Store Review Guidelines 1.3 (Kids Category) and with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) where applicable.
  • We do not collect or track user data. We use only age-appropriate, child-directed contextual advertising (Google AdMob) with publicly documented practices and policies as linked in this policy.

9. International Users

We do not collect data, so no personal data is transferred or stored on servers in any country. All drawings remain only on your local device.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top will be updated for material changes. We may also notify users of significant changes in the App where appropriate. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
