Summary: By downloading or using FootballX Live (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. The App provides football scores, match information, news, highlights, and related content. Optional FootballX Premium (Pro) subscriptions remove ads and unlock premium features. Payments are processed by Apple or Google, not directly by us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of FootballX Live (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the FootballX Live mobile application, website at footballx.live, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Our Service
FootballX Live is a sports information application that may include, among other features:
- Live and upcoming football match scores and schedules
- Match details, standings, and league information
- Sports news and highlights
- Live stream and TV channel listings (where available)
- Optional premium (“Pro”) features and an ad-free experience for subscribers
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific match, league, stream, or feature will always be available.
The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes only. We are not a betting operator, bookmaker, or gambling service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
4. FootballX Premium Subscriptions
FootballX Premium (also referred to as “Pro”) is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features within the App, which may include an ad-free experience and access to enhanced or premium content and features.
Available subscription plans
The following auto-renewable subscription plans may be offered. All plans provide the same Pro access; billing frequency differs.

Prices are set by Apple App Store or Google Play and may vary by country, currency, taxes, and promotional offers. The price displayed in the App at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your account.
Subscriptions are sold and managed through the platform from which you downloaded the App (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not process payment card information directly.
5. Billing & Auto-Renewal
When you purchase a subscription:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current subscription rate.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings:
- Apple: App Store Subscriptions
- Google: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Upgrading, downgrading, or changing plans may be handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We do not control proration or timing of plan changes.
Restoring purchases: If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use the “Restore purchases” option in the App (where available) while signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
All subscription purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We do not issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google in accordance with their policies:
Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law or the platform’s policy.
7. Advertising
The free version of the App may display advertisements from third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). Ads may be personalized based on your device settings and the ad network’s policies.
FootballX Premium subscribers receive an ad-free in-app experience for supported ad placements within the App. Some third-party embedded content (e.g., external video players or web pages) may still contain their own advertising, which is outside our control.
8. Third-Party Content & Links
The Service may display data, news, images, videos, streams, or links sourced from third parties, including sports data providers, news publishers, and external websites. We do not own or control this third-party content.
- Match data, scores, and statistics may be delayed or inaccurate.
- Stream and TV listings are provided for informational purposes; availability and legality of broadcasts vary by region.
- External links open third-party sites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Your use of third-party content is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, or availability of third-party content or services.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App (except where permitted by law)
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
- Circumvent paywalls, subscription checks, or security features
- Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the Service without authorization
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, logos, trademarks, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
FootballX Live grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Football club names, league names, logos, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. Use in the App does not imply endorsement by any club, league, or rights holder.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that scores, schedules, or other information will be accurate or up to date.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (US $50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or our website.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription.
14. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
- These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- In the event of failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property infringement.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Apple’s standard End User License Agreement also applies: Apple Media Services Terms and EULA.
15. Google Play Terms
If you downloaded the App from Google Play, you also agree to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not responsible for the App or these Terms. Subscription billing and refunds for Google Play purchases are governed by Google’s policies.
